The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily administrative activities to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the office. This role involves managing office resources, and implementing organizational policies. The Office Administrator serves as a crucial link between various departments and plays a key role in maintaining a positive and well-organized work environment.

  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Act as the main contact for the landlord and manage office lease-related matters
  • Ensure office compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
  • Conduct regular safety drills and coordinate workplace training sessions
  • Plan and manage office fit-outs, relocations, or upgrades in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Track and manage office-related budgets, working closely with finance and procurement
  • Organize internal meetings, events, and conferences, including logistics
  • Maintain strong relationships with service providers and facility vendors
  • Provide general admin support across departments and assist with onboarding
  • Handle incoming calls, guests, mail, and other front-office responsibilities

What you need to succeed:

  • 2+ years of experience in office or facilities management
  • Strong project coordination and multitasking abilities
  • Budget management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
