D365 F&O Consultant

Are you a driven professional and do you have experience with Microsoft D365 F&O solutions? Our Dynamics Business Solutions division continues to grow strongly and expands its activities. As a result, we are looking for a driven Senior Finance consultant D365 F&O to expand our team. In the run-up to the Go live, you will be introduced to the customer and help them implementing F&O based on our internal Cegeka Sure Value methodology. Then, as a Senior Finance consultant, you become the support and support for this client. They can come to you with their problems and you know how to help them time and time again. When you recognize a trend in this, you make this negotiable and advise the customer on how these problems can best be prevented in the future.   And where other colleagues mainly focus on the initial Go-live, you enter into a long-term relationship with the customer and play a crucial role in the further development of F&O. For this you have frequent contact with these customers and keep a close eye on both the market and the developments of the Microsoft. The ultimate goal is to grow into a Trusted Advisor with these customers. Internally, you share this information with your colleagues to assess whether we can also be of added value to other customers. Finally, based on the customer questions, you think along about new products and / or services that we can offer.#LI-DNI

• Your work consists of analyzing, writing requirements, designing new functionality and resolving incidents, answering questions and supervising further development. Together with the PM, you will ensure an adequate follow-up of the tasks and tickets. In the field of further development, it is your task to make a good inventory of the needs and to translate them into suitable solutions in consultation with the Solution Architect. When the customer agrees with this, you guide the implementation and testing of the desired adjustments. Finally, you help when customers need on-site or standby support to ensure continuity. You do all this in good cooperation with your colleagues from our organization. Shortly, you will be working with:
• The Finance domain within D365 F&O and Dynamics AX. The focus of the consulting activities is in the areas of financial accounting, controlling, budgeting and cost accounting; 
• Sub-processes such as: Procure to Pay Process, Order to Cash Process; 
• Solution Design – Configuration & Testing of these processes; 
• Knowledge of business processes in the areas of financial accounting, controlling, budgeting, cost accounting; 
• Analysis, consulting and further development of the customer's business processes; 
• Follow-up of inquiries from receipt to solution, in direct cooperation with the customer; 
• Collaborate with the software development team to come up with custom solutions;

• You have a completed Bachelor's and/or Master's degree;  
• You have at least 2 years of proven experience with D365 F&O and Dynamics AX. During this period you have been involved in several implementations as a consultant or in a similar role; 
• You are result-oriented, firmly in your shoes and can work in a dynamic environment; 
• You are a team player, take responsibility for this and are proud of what we all achieve; 
• Of course you have well-developed communication skills and you naturally have the "favor factor"; 
• Strong process thinking and good analytical skills; 
• Good quality awareness, ability to learn and work in a team; 
• Very good communication skills, ability to deal with conflict and resilience; 
• Very good knowledge of English; 
• Ideally, several years of relevant professional experience in the financial sector (in a consulting firm or on the client side); 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (Fundamentals) and/ or document management systems such as Advanced forms or Bottomline Transform - advantage. 
• Valid certified (Microsoft) certifications – advantage.
