What you will do:
You are part of a growing international team of CyberSecurity Advisors (+/- 20 people located in Belgium, the Netherlands, Romania, and Italy) and form an important link between the clients and Cegeka teams when it comes to CyberSecurity and Information Security.
You prepare reports on the results of vulnerability scans and SOC monitoring services making use of standard reports. You are able to quantify the risks identified by these services and provide prioritized recommendations for mitigation/remediation and improvements. You present these reports to clients or deliver these reports to other advisors in the team.
You support security assessments of clients using the Cegeka Security Assessment Framework (CSAF), applying standards such as ISO27001, CIS Controls, NIST CyberSecurity framework, the European NIS2 directive and/or the Dora regulation. You prepare reports on these assessments and, occasionally, present these to clients.
You support other CyberSecurity advisors for larger clients in the delivery of standard CyberSecurity services.
You actively contribute to further development of Cegeka’s CyberSecurity services.
What you need to succeed:
What will help you succeed:
You have at least 3 years of experience in a Cybersecurity oriented function (e.g. as advisor, consultant, analyst, information security officer…)
You have a bachelor/master degree or equivalent through experience
You have a 'can-do' mentality and are flexible to accommodate different customers, technologies and services.
You have expertise and knowledge/experience with SOC/SIEM environments, EDR/XDR, Vulnerability Management.
You have strong communication and presentation skills
You are able to communicate with different stakeholders within an organisation (e.g. CISO, IT Manager, engineering teams, ...)
You will also occasionally work at our customers' premises.
Good to have: cyber security related certifications (CompTIA, relevant vendor related, CISSP etc.)
