You will be joining a Client Team where communication, involvement and team spirit are key ingredients. You will contribute to unburdening the Client by managing the Client’s environment, analyzing it proactively with a critical perspective and proposing the necessary suggestions for improvement. Alongside operational activities supported as well through the 24/7 on-call shift, you will take part in different projects as the expert in your field. #LI-DNP

  • Together with your colleagues you are the contact person for all communication & collaboration questions regarding the digital workplace
  • You support the presales activities by making a correct analysis and estimation for the projects we carry out
  • You are responsible for the technical realizations and you perform the necessary installations and configurations
  • You provide clear documentation of the delivered solution to the client as well as to your colleagues, thus contributing to a flawless support for our clients

What you need to succeed:

  • You have a BSc or MSc and 4 - 5 years of experience in a similar function
  • You have experience in multiple technologies and areas (Office 365, Azure Active Directory - Enterprise Applications/APP Registrations - Automation - MFA/Conditional Access, Exchange On-Premise and experience in migrations Exchange On-premise / Exchange Online, Skype 4 Business / MS Teams, Defender for Office 365, Anywhere 365, Intune / MDM – both Intune connector for Exchange On-Premise mailboxes and Intune connector with NDES server for certificate deployment to mobile devices, Symprex as signature tooling, Imprivata, Enterprise Voice & Session Border Controllers – Ribbon) and would like to acquire further experience and certifications
  • Knowledge of SharePoint, Okta, Lotus Notes/Domino, Transvault, AvePoint, MigrationWiz and other migration tools is a plus
  • Workshops at the customer make you feel energized and give you satisfaction
  • You have a very strong hands-on mentality and analytical thinking skills
  • You communicate fluently and proactively with the different stakeholders (Customer, project manager, service manager, change manager, team leader, etc.)
  • You have the necessary skills to deliver presentations to our Customers in a smooth, logical and structured way
  • You are result-driven with an eye for quality and opportunities
  • Communicating in English comes natural to you, being fluent in writing and speaking as well
