Director Product Management

As Director Product Management you are responsible for the unit, Solutions Factory, that develops and maintains industry specific solutions and add-ons on top of Dynamics 365.  You have a profit and loss responsibility and lead a team of product owners and technical developers. You define a strategy and a roadmap for our industry solutions tailored to the needs of our customers and helping Cegeka to offer more added value to its customers.

• You develop and monitor a global vision:
• You define a future-oriented vision for our solutions that aligns with the broader vision and go-to-market strategy of Cegeka Business Solutions.
• Your main stakeholders are, on the one hand, the architects and sales staff from different countries who need the solutions to stand out, and on the other hand, the customers who rely on new opportunities to continuously improve their processes.
• You ensure the technical robustness of solutions on the Microsoft Business Applications platform and introduce innovations with AI and Agents. 
• You build a roadmap for our solutions:
• You work closely with the various Product Owners to draw up an integrated roadmap.
• You build a multi-year plan with multiple releases that is approved by the directors of the various countries. 
• You determine the maintenance strategy:
•  You develop an efficient and sustainable strategy for maintaining our solutions.
• You ensure clear processes for incidents, requests and support for our solutions. 
• You manage the profit and loss of the Solutions Factory: 
• You monitor the entire budget, divided into maintenance and investment projects.  
• You report transparently and in a timely manner to the VP Business Solutions with the support of the Finance team. 
• You organise and lead governance meetings:
•  You organise, facilitate and chair the monthly steering group and management meetings. 
• You ensure clear decision-making, follow-up and reporting. 
• You lead and develop the Solutions Factory team: 
• You manage a multidisciplinary team of product owners, industry experts and technical developers. 
•  You build a culture of collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement. 
• You coach employees in their growth and monitor healthy team dynamics.
• You are willing to travel frequently:
• You regularly visit stakeholders, partners and internal teams at home and abroad.
• You represent Solutions Factory at strategic moments and ensure strong relationships. 

• You have relevant experience within the Microsoft Business Applications platform to take on this role with vision and drive. 
• You have sufficient experience in product development (> 5 years). 
• A natural leader with vision and strong communication skills. 
• Someone who thinks strategically but can also switch to operational mode thanks to their experience in the field. You can (really) listen, identify needs and come up with solution-oriented proposals based on that. 
• A people manager who inspires teams and helps them grow. 
• An organisational talent who brings structure to complexity.
• Willing to travel frequently.
