We are Cegeka Business Solutions Belgium, a team of +- 270 passionate consultants working on innovative and complex ERP and CRM projects. In addition to Gold Partner status, this year we also received the Inner Circle Label from Microsoft and, as icing on the cake, we were named Western Europe Partner of the Year in the Business Applications Cloud category. Within our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement unit, Microsoft's CRM solution, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to continue the strong growth.

  • You will identify commercial opportunities and close deals with both new and existing customers. Because of our strong growth ambition we need a real go-getter.
  • You will develop a strategic plan to achieve this growth and consult with management.
  • Marketing and customer support are ready to help you throughout the process, so you can enjoy a well-oiled machine to provide you with sales qualified leads. Teamwork makes the dream work!
  • In addition to the external network, you will also build your internal network, where you will regularly coordinate with sales of other units within Cegeka.
  • You keep a close eye on current projects and work in close cooperation.

What you need to succeed:

  • You already have several years of proven work experience in selling software solutions. Experience in selling CRM software and more specifically Microsoft's Dynamics CRM/D365 Customer Engagement is a plus, but certainly not a requirement.
  • You are driven and want to deliver your contribution to a growth story.
  • Closing deals with new customers and generating new business in general energize you.
  • You can work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude speak for themselves.
  • You speak Dutch on a native level and English fluently.
