That is why, within our Digital Business division, we are looking for an experienced Change Manager who can guide organizations through complex change journeys. In this role, you help customers successfully implement new processes, applications and ways of working. You bring people together, create buy-in and ensure that changes are not only rolled out, but also truly adopted. You work closely with business stakeholders, project teams and management within challenging digital transformation programs.

  • You analyze the impact of changes on people, processes, systems and organizational structures.
  • You develop change management strategies, roadmaps and adoption plans that contribute to sustainable results.
  • You map stakeholders and actively build buy-in at all levels of the organization.
  • You develop and coordinate communication plans that create engagement throughout the entire change journey.
  • You facilitate workshops, impact analyses and interactive sessions to guide stakeholders through the change.
  • You monitor adoption, change readiness and resistance, and take action to mitigate risks.
  • You support management and sponsors in strengthening engagement and ownership.
  • You work closely with project managers, business analysts, architects and product teams to integrate change activities into the project approach.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change Management (OCM), Business Transformation or a similar role.
  • You have experience with digital transformation programs, IT implementations or process optimization initiatives.
  • You independently conduct stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments.
  • You know how to involve stakeholders at different levels and create buy-in for change.
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills and adapt your message to your audience.
  • You facilitate workshops and interactive sessions that lead to alignment and engagement.
  • You translate complex changes into clear and practical communication.
  • You proactively manage resistance and risks and define appropriate actions.
  • You easily build strong relationships between business and IT teams.
  • You feel at home in an Agile environment and enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR is a plus.
  • Experience in international or multicultural organizations is an added advantage.
  • You communicate fluently in English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
