Are you critical by nature? Can you write out a question or a problem in detailed requirements? Do you have a broad knowledge of Microsoft 365 and can you use this knowledge to translate requirements into IT solutions together with a technical colleague? Then we are looking for you!

  • As Functional Analyst, you form the bridge between Business and IT. You support and guide implementations and are responsible for functional design, testing, communication and training. You keep a finger on the pulse of our users and support the internal support organisation with complex questions. You work in the internal workplace domain where the entire Cegeka organisation is your end customer. The workplace includes device and user management as well as the communication and collaboration platform.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have strong analytical capabilities
  • And can convert information into well-founded advice
  • In addition, you are able to coordinate and adjust your work when necessary.
  • Together with the project leader, you are a driving force in projects
  • And you have an eye for detail
  • You have a good command of Dutch and English and are strong in communication
  • You are a team player
  • You bring with you knowledge of system requirement analysis and drawing up Use Cases
  • Knowledge of UML (Unified Modelling Language) and a basic knowledge of BPMN (process modelling) offer added value.
  • You have knowledge of Microsoft 365 (O365, Azure, Intune)
