We are looking for a GDC Business Partner who will serve as the key link between our Global Delivery Center (GDC) and our internal customers. In this customer-focused and relationship-driven role, the emphasis is on collaboration, service promotion, and building long-term partnerships, with occasional presence in Greece. This role combines commercial insight, service expertise, and local engagement. While the position is aligned with Service Delivery Management, you will primarily act as a trusted advisor, connector, and ambassador for the GDC service portfolio. The role has no direct reports, but operates at a middle-management level within the organization.

  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Building, maintaining, and strengthening long-term relationships with internal customers to ensure satisfaction, continuity, and clear service agreements.Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and ensuring services are delivered according to agreed expectations.Proactively identifying customer needs, challenges, and opportunities to expand services.
  • Service Promotion & Commercial Support: Introducing and presenting the GDC service portfolio, tailored to customer needs and business context. Supporting right-shoring initiatives by identifying growth opportunities, managing pipelines, and reducing complexity for customers. Representing the GDC during customer meetings and internal events.
  • Collaboration & Delivery Oversight: Working closely with colleagues across different business lines and international locations to resolve issues efficiently. Ensuring global GDC processes, standards, and guidelines are followed and applied. Participating in cross-functional rotations to gain a comprehensive understanding of the GDC service portfolio.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Preparing and presenting service reviews and performance reports for internal stakeholders. Monitoring compliance with agreed service levels and escalation processes. 
  • Local Engagement & Representation (Greece): Acting as the local face of the GDC in Athens and supporting employees and internal customers through an open and approachable style. Maintaining active alignment with local middle management to understand developments and local dynamics, and to provide feedback accordingly. Contributing to the continued growth and visibility of the GDC in Greece.
  • Market Awareness: Keeping up to date with developments in Global Delivery Centers and Global Capability Centers, including market trends and competitor activities.

What you need to succeed:

  • Several years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Service Management, Account Management, Customer Relationship Management, or similar.
  • Experience within an IT services environment, with knowledge of application and/or infrastructure services.
  • Experience in a structured, international organization with standardized processes is considered a strong advantage.
  • Ability to clearly position and discuss service portfolios in a customer-oriented manner.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with confidence in international environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build credibility and trust.
  • Ability to listen carefully to customer needs, analyze situations, and identify opportunities.
  • Well-developed organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • A customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
  • An open, professional, and approachable personality, comfortable connecting teams and stakeholders.
