Are you a born Solution Sales or Sales Expert with a passion for both technology and the commercial side of business with an intrinsic drive to help customers and prospects? As a Solution Sales professional, you are the commercial engine behind our value-added reselling business: Closing framework agreements (public/private) specifically focused on hardware and software reselling Specific reselling of hardware & software, including value-added services Hardware (servers, storage, networking, security, end-user compute, …) Software (licenses/subscriptions) Cloud reselling (Azure consumption, specific models or types of contracts).

  • You support customers in purchasing the right hardware and software, complemented by Cegeka’s value-added services. You translate customer needs into concrete solutions and business value, build a strong pipeline, and close impactful deals for our customers.
  • You prospect new logos and identify customers who need Cegeka’s value-added reselling services. You also position these services with existing customers in close collaboration with account managers, where lifecycle management is key. In addition, you work closely with presales, architects, experts, delivery teams and partners to successfully guide customer cases from discovery to closing.
  • You are highly familiar with the vendor/partner landscape and already maintain relationships with vendors and brokers.
  • You build strong relationships with potential customers and stakeholders.
  • You identify market needs and translate them into tailored technical solutions.
  • You prepare commercial proposals and present them in collaboration with the presales team.
  • You work closely with the Marketing team to continuously sharpen the value proposition and sales story.
  • You contribute to the company’s strategic growth by exploring new markets and collaborating closely with our other business lines.
  • You work with key suppliers such as Microsoft, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, IBM, Oracle, Dynatrace, Commvault and Fortinet to jointly develop a sales plan, defining which customers to approach and with which offering.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have a strong commercial drive and proven experience in generating new business.
  • You have a technical background and at least 5 years of experience in the reselling business.
  • You are an excellent communicator with strong persuasive skills.
  • You are entrepreneurial and results-oriented.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of French is an asset.
  • Knowledge of, or relationships with, vendors and/or brokers is essential.
  • You work from a Cegeka location of your choice, at client and prospect sites in Belgium and from home.
