  • As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the implementation of ERP projects at our clients. Your primary task is to deliver the entire project within the agreed scope, budget and time.
  • You monitor and report on all aspects of the project to ensure it meets organizational requirements, methodology and quality standards.
  • You are the main contact person for the client. You translate expectations into a project plan with clear objectives that are approved by the steering committee.
  • You organize the project kick-off and ensure that all employees and stakeholders are informed and aligned with the project plan.
  • During the project, you motivate and guide the project staff towards achieving the objectives through regular project evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • You advise the client throughout the ERP implementation process and take the lead in internal and external project meetings.
  • You identify and manage project risks, bottlenecks and changes. You continuously update the project plan to keep it up to date, consistently applying Cegeka's project methodology.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have several years of experience as a Project Manager in ERP projects with extensive knowledge of Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central.
  • You have excellent knowledge of the functional and technical specifications involved in ERP implementation processes.
  • Your expertise, flair, flexibility and commitment enable you to gain the trust of our clients.
  • You possess excellent leadership skills to manage your team.
  • You have a relevant educational background supplemented with additional training or courses in project management. Certification in at least one project methodology such as Prince2 or PMBOK is a plus.
  • You feel immediately at home within Cegeka's results-oriented, no-nonsense approach.
