The Delivery Partner is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of technical activities within the Global Delivery Centre (GDC) operating model. The role ensures high-quality, compliant and timely execution aligned with agreed service levels, governance standards and business expectations. Acting as a key interface between the business, functional experts,and operational teams, the Delivery Partner drives performance, fosters shared ownership and contributes to continuous improvement in a matrix environment.  The Delivery Partner will lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver and extending solutions and skills required by our business lines. The Delivery Partner acts with integrity and professionalism, demonstrates resilience and adaptability, maintains a solution-oriented mindset and is committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement. 

  • Operational Oversight: Provide strategic direction for scaling infrastructure and support projects via our global delivery countries and facilitate a transition from internal staffing to delivering services. 
  • Quality & Governance: Implement and enforce rigorous delivery frameworks and global processes to ensure "First Time Right" delivery and alignment with internal and external customer expectations. 
  • Innovation Roadmap: Foster a culture of technical curiosity, ensuring the GDC stays ahead of the curve in AI, Cloud, and Automation. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between the local center and global roles (EVP GDC, VP’s business lines), aligning regional capabilities with global business needs. 
  • Client Success: Partner with global account managers to ensure the GDC provides maximum value to our end clients. 
  • Growth Strategy: Identify opportunities to expandthe center’s service catalog and increase its strategic footprint within the organization. 
  • P&L Management: Full GDC accountability for the delivery budget for your Business Lines/Centres of Excellence,  ensuring healthy margins and sustainable growth for Cegeka Holding while acting as a cost centre.
  • Cost Optimization: Drive initiatives to optimize cost without compromising on quality or employee experience. 
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee monthly/quarterly financial reviews, forecasting, and variance analysis. 
  • Align local IT services capabilities with global tech roadmap -cloud, AI, cybersecurity practices.
  • Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance (GDPR, DPDP Act in India). 
  • Promote innovation in service offerings to remain competitive in IT services landscape. 
  • Talent Pipeline: Build together with HR a robust employer brand to attract and retain top-tier technical talent in a competitive market. 
  • Culture Carrier: Champion the global company culture while respecting and integrating local nuances. 
  • Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to local labor laws, tax regulations and data privacy standards.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have 15+ years in IT/Professional Services, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role preferably within a GDC environment. 
  • You have a proven track record of managing complex delivery cycles and modernizing legacy delivery models. 
  • You have a deep understanding of unit economics, transfer pricing and OpEx/CapEx management. 
  • You are able to lead and grow a diverse workforce of 200+ employees in an international organisation.
  • A Master in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering) or MBA is preferred. 
  • You are an excellent communicator with strong presentation & persuasive skills.
  • You are entrepreneurial and results-oriented.
  • You spreak and write English fluently.
  • You are located in Belgium. You travel to customers and our Global Delivery Centre countries according to the needs.
