  • As a Service Delivery Manager Outsourcing, you are the beating heart of service delivery for one or more clients. You safeguard agreements, steer where needed and build trust through clear governance, a strong P&L focus, and a team that performs with drive. In short: see it, own it, solve it, do it, and tell it
  • You lead a service team and service organization (people, processes, tooling, governance) and foster smooth collaboration
  • You identify improvement opportunities (quality, efficiency, customer experience), translate them into concrete improvement plans and implement them together with the team
  • You manage contracts and SLAs, report according to the agreed governance and ensure stakeholders receive the right information in a timely manner
  • You track budgets and chargebacks, safeguard the P&L and keep the service financially healthy
  • You take ownership of escalations and high-priority issues: you provide direction, communicate clearly, bring calm and focus
  • You bring AI into practice within service management: think smarter reporting, faster trend analysis, better incident and problem insights, automation of repetitive tasks and data-driven steering.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager within outsourcing/managed services (with a strong focus on infrastructure)
  • You feel at home in an environment with complex stakeholder structures and can proactively manage expectations
  • ITIL and Agile are part of your daily reality and you build a strong service organization around them
  • You combine strong people skills with ownership: you motivate, coach and leverage people’s strengths
  • Must-have: you communicate fluently in Dutch, English and French
  • You have a demonstrable interest or experience with AI within your domain (use cases, tooling, adoption, governance, or process automation).
