As an Application Support Engineer, you will be part of Cegeka Application and Integration team that supports business critical applications used by our customers. You will be involved in maintaining the applications, doing incident management, as well as implement improvements to further help out the customer. Offering support at the customer onsite is an important part of our job. This way we can be the man in the middle and first point of contact towards the rest of Cegeka when applications are involved. Working in close cooperation with the functional application managers is a must. Being able to give technical advice towards the customer is an added value and very important to manage the expectations of the customer.
