Are you a people manager with a genuine passion for people and a strong focus on results?

  • You lead, coach, and develop a team of 12 operators
  • You ensure smart and efficient shift planning (early, day, night, weekend shifts)
  • You strongly focus on people management and foster a positive team dynamic
  • You take ownership of the full HR cycle: objectives, performance reviews, development discussions, talent conversations, and follow-up of actions
  • You help monitor the budget, oversee the P&L and ensure the financial health of the service
  • You safeguard service quality through SLAs and ensure targets are achieved
  • You report according to the agreed governance and ensure stakeholders receive the right information on time
  • You identify improvement opportunities and implement optimizations in processes and ways of working
  • You act quickly in case of issues or conflicts and keep a close pulse on the situation
  • You actively build strong customer relationships through feedback and follow-up meetings
  • You make a key contribution to start-up and transition projectsYou occasionally join shift rotations to stay connected with the operations.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have strong experience in people management and service management within an IT operational environment
  • You are a coaching leader with strong empathy
  • You are strong in planning, organization and prioritization
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus
  • You have strong analytical skills and experience with reporting (SLA/P&L)
  • You are hands-on, flexible and solution-oriented
  • You are well-organized and able to switch quickly between priorities
  • Experience in the banking sector is a plus
  • You work 1 day per week at the client’s site in Brussels, combined with a Cegeka office of your choice (Hasselt, Leuven, Ghent, Berchem, or Diegem) and remote work.
