You play a key role in the technical IT infrastructure, ensuring that the internal customer does not have to worry about their IT environment by providing them with a stable and innovative IT infrastructure
You manage a wide range of projects and technical areas such as Hybrid Cloud, Digital Workplace and Security
Together with the lead architect, you develop and translate the vision into a service that takes into account costs and operational SLAs
You analyze the current infrastructure and propose improvements
You design and redesign new and existing infrastructure networks
You think along with the (internal) customer, come up with solutions and ensure that the technical design exceeds expectations
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of our CMDB and all ISAE deliverables
You advise and assist the engineering team. You also give advice on project costs, changes or concepts
You are a connector between different disciplines/departments (storage, networking, ...) and ensure cooperation and knowledge sharing
You do research after new technologies
You build an active network with both internal customers and vendors
You provide substantive support to the presales architect in preparing offers.
What you need to succeed:
You have 1-2 years of experience as a technical architect or you are an experienced system engineer looking to step into an architect role
You are a cracker at Wintel
Security methodologies are no strange to you. You have knowledge of IAM security (CyberArk, Delinea Secret Server) and PAM architectures
Knowledge of TOGAF/ITIL is a plus
You are a networker
You can think abstractly and have a helicopter view
You are a strong communicator and team player
You are fluent in English and preferably also in Dutch
You take care of your customers
You work from home and at our office in Hasselt.
