Collaborate with other colleagues from different divisions from Cegeka Group to support the delivery, the improvement and automation of different business processes;
Perform checks to make sure we deliver what we promise our customers and we stay compliant with the internal policies and standards;
Ensure dashboards are completed so the business knows where the gaps/issues in our delivery are and be responsible for mitigation actions and follow-up until resolved;
Coordinate activities together with the teams in Infra Delivery to achieve compliancy of our internal policies and standards;
Convert the business needs into functional specifications in a detailed functional analytical document to be used as basis for implementation;
Elaborate plans and possible test scenarios to ensure business acceptance and monitor results, measure quality as part of continuous service improvement.

What you need to succeed:

Previous relevant work experience, preferably in customer support, for at least 2 years;
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to use information from a range of sources to draw sound conclusions;
Good understanding of the business processes and operational delivery;
Pro-active and curious to discover the organization and put pieces together to understand what is needed to deliver results;
Adaptable planning and efficient problem-solving under pressure;
Excellent communication, cooperation, customer focus, analytical skills, team spirit, and commitment to continuous improvement;
Excellent English skills, both written and verbal;
Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, request and change management).
Basic knowledge about Dynamics F&O or another ERP system.
