We are seeking a dynamic and emphatic People Manager to lead and support our IT teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a high-performance culture, guiding team members in their career development, and ensuring alignment between individual goals and organizational objectives & P&L targets. This role is not directly focused on technical delivery, but rather on people leadership, team growth, and employee engagement.#LI-DNI

  • Leadership & Mentorship:
  • Provide career guidance, performance coaching, and development plans for IT professionals (developers, QA, DevOps, etc.)
  • Facilitate regular 1:1 meetings and feedback sessions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for team members.
  • Oversee the training budget and learning program; customer satisfaction of projects, holiday consumption and timesheet completion reports.
  • Talent Development & Engagement:
  • Identify growth opportunities, training needs, and succession plans.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and psychological safety.
  • Supports internal mobility and skill alignment with project demands.
  • Follow-up on internal engagement surveys and implement action plans based on results.
  • Performance & Workforce Management"
  • Conduct performance reviews, goal setting, and competency assessments.
  • Handle resource planning and talent retention.
  • Address performance issues with fairness and professionalism.
  • Examine and define the needs within the team and the organization to undertake action to ensure that the functional teams can perform in the best possible way and to compose optimal teams.
  • Publish different vacancies proactively to reinforce the team.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Partner with Business Partners, HR, Recruitment and other functional teams to align staffing with business priorities.
  • Identify risks and problematics at an early stage to mitigate the impact on the project.
  • Facilitate team-building activities and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Foster an inclusive work environment and support diverse hiring and promotion practices.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT with 2+ years in a people management or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of software development environments, Agile practices, and IT service models.
  • Proven ability to coach and motivate individuals and teams.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing hybrid or remote teams.
  • Knowledge of performance frameworks such as OKRs or KPIs.
  • Certification in leadership or coaching (e.g., ICP-ACC, PMI-ACP, SHRM) is a plus.
