Support Technician English (Bucharest&Iasi)

You are part of the Cegeka 1st Level Team and you are our main customer interface. The response time and accuracy of our support highly depend on your work. Your mission is to provide technical remote support in English for our customers.

  • Act as Primary Point Of Contact for calls, mails and tickets (self-service portal and internal/customer ticketing tool/s) within agreed service level agreements;
  • Escalate urgent incidents to our standby agent;
  • Troubleshooting on: PCs (laptop + desktop), tablet, Thin Client, printers;
  • Examining all assigned tickets/problems, evaluating complexity, impact and priority;
  • Provide efficient and timely technical support to end-users through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions;
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to users and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction;
  • Document and maintain detailed records of support requests, troubleshooting steps, and solutions, contributing to the organization's knowledge base for future reference.

What you need to succeed:

  • Strong English skills (spoken and writing);
  • Proven experience as a Support Technician or similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing high-quality support;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices is a plus.
