  • Our search for new talent starts with you! After a thorough intake with the hiring managers, you will be at the basis of various new recruitments and in other words, contribute to the growth of Cegeka.
  • Like a real headhunter, you will actively search for the right profiles. Social media, internal and external job sites and other recruitment channels are your most important weapons. Ready? Aim! Hire!
  • You manage various vacancies. Then you make a first selection of candidates and conduct interviews based on competencies.
  • You select the best candidates and strongly advise your internal customer.
  • You make balanced salary proposals and present them to the selected candidates.
  • You accurately register the different phases of the recruitment process in our ATS tool.
  • Thanks to your reporting and briefing skills, your internal customer is always up-to date.
  • You are Cegeka's “beaming smile” at job fairs and events (because working for us does not feel like a burden).
  • You play an active role in optimizing our HR operations and recruitment processes. You make suggestions and participate in various improvement projects.
  • Together with other specialists in the HR team, you are the basis of our growth.

  • You feel like a fish in the water in a result-oriented, dynamic company with a no-nonsense approach.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in IT talent acquisition, preferably within the ERP world.
  • Do you have knowledge of the flourishing IT sector? That is certainly a plus!
  • You are communicative and can smell talent from a distance. You know how to convert this skill into competency-based interviews with candidates and practical briefings with the right advice for your internal client.
