D365 CE Developer

We are looking for an experienced Solution Designer specialized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to strengthen our internal Digital Information Office (DIO) division. Digital & Information Office supports the internal Cegeka organization with strategic advice on its own IT platforms. We work on very diverse and complex projects for our internal customers (shared services & all Cegeka business lines).  You will be part of the team that focuses on Sales & Marketing platforms, integrations to these platforms and maintenance of them. You will play a key role in translating functional requirements into high-quality, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions, while working closely with analysts, developers and technical leads to ensure that every solution is built on solid architecture, follows best practices, and delivers measurable value to our clients.#LI-SD1

• Design, develop, improve, and refactor ICT applications within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, applying agile methodologies and best practices to deliver reliable, client-focused solutions.
• Correctly use and implement the existing or designed solution architecture as a development framework.
• Create detailed solution designs, ensuring solutions meet requirements related to cost, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Define, plan, organize, and execute solution tests, and contribute to the creation of test plans.
• Formulate recommendations and apply new tools, techniques, and development practices to continuously improve software quality and development efficiency.
• Deliver clear and structured technical documentation to support the developed solutions and models.
• Provide active support to end users, including analyzing and resolving complex incidents and problems, supporting root-cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes, advising on technical aspects and best practices.

• You have at least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement in a similar role.
• Your experience with other platforms such as Dynamics 365 Marketing, Power Platform, Hubspot and Microsoft Entra is a plus.
• You have strong understanding of solution architecture, technical design patterns, integration concepts and application lifecycle management.
• You have extensive knowledge and experience with Scrum/ Agile.
• You have experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
• You have strong analytical skills to translate complex functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
• You are a real team player with a positive mindset.

• You communicate fluently in English
