As an Application Support Engineer, you will be part of Cegeka Application and Integration team that supports business critical applications used by our customers and you will be involved in maintaining the applications, doing incident management, as well as developing improvements to further help out the customer. The team is customer facing and has local engineers who maintain the onsite presence, supported by the remote engineers and they work together with the functional application managers at the customer, which has a very good impact on the customer satisfaction score. The team has day shifts, the duration of a shift being of 8h30min (break included). Additionally, standby (on-call) work is required, by rotation.
