Corporate Project Leader

• As a Corporate Project Manager, you will be responsible for a strategic internal ERP project, with a focus on the HR track.
• Together with stakeholders (C-level), you define the scope and impact of projects, giving you a clear understanding of needs and objectives. You then translate these into a project plan with value-based deliverables.
• Naturally, you are responsible for delivering the entire project within the agreed scope, budget and timeline, while meeting organisational requirements, methodology and quality standards.
• You and your team achieve the project goals in terms of quality, budget and lead time; in short, you take ownership and ensure the project delivery is guaranteed.
• Scope management is essential in our operations: you work on this together with the analysts.
• Discussing ongoing backlog changes with the client, challenging the client on change requests and making them aware of the budgetary impact are part of your daily tasks. This means you make difficult issues (scope, budget) open for discussion with your client and team.
• You are the key contact person for your (internal) client and work hard to develop a ‘trusted advisor’ relationship with project and programm stakeholders.
• Together with the (internal) client, you monitor the project and report on its status in all dimensions.
• You are used to proactively addressing project issues and risks.
• The motivation and development of your project team members are close to your heart. You therefore play an active role in providing feedback and guidance.

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in an IT context.
• You gain great satisfaction from identifying business value for your client. You approach this with a critical eye and engage in dialogue with the client.
• You are familiar with roadmaps and manage scope and backlog effectively.
• You apply a pragmatic project approach based on proven methodologies such as Prince2, Agile, ITIL.
• Thanks to your expertise, social skills, flexibility and commitment, you succeed in gaining the trust of our clients.
• You have a helicopter view but do not underestimate the importance of details.
• Collaboration is second nature to you. Together with the team and the client, you continuously strive for the desired result.
• You can negotiate constructively and have excellent communication skills, both with the team, the client and management.
• You have a solid overall vision of projects and implementation methods.
• You combine a helicopter view with an eye for detail.
• You possess strong leadership skills.
• You are also administratively strong and speak/write fluent Dutch and English.
