As the Go To Market Manager, you will play a central role in shaping and creating a local marketing strategy for our Dynamics 365 solutions in Belgium. You will drive alignment between the Business Development team and local marketing team, define “Where to play?” and “How to win?” by identifying priority segments, tailoring value propositions, and driving coordinated execution Your responsibilities span the full go-to-market lifecycle—from planning and launch to performance tracking and continuous improvement. You will deliver market insights, drive commercial readiness, and ensure cross-functional alignment to accelerate both customer acquisition and expansion. This role reports to, and requires close collaboration with business development, product, and delivery teams across the organization. Your leadership is essential for connecting teams, implementing marketing processes and activating growth potential with both existing and new customers.

  • Define and execute the marketing and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our D365 solutions portfolio in Belgium.
  • Identify target segments, define value propositions, and ensure consistent messaging across functions.
  • Coach and support the local marketing team in executing campaigns, improving performance, and aligning with business priorities.
  • Act as the key liaison between marketing and sales, fostering collaboration and alignment to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Lead end-to-end GTM planning, launch execution, and performance evaluation.
  • Provide market intelligence on trends, competitors, and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Align demand generation efforts with buyer journeys and market segmentation.
  • Manage marketing budgets and report on ROI of campaigns. 
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration, alignment, and execution.

What you need to succeed:

  • Extensive experience in go-to-market / marketing strategy, preferably within the IT solutions industry.  
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.  
  • Demonstrated success in building marketing communities and working effectively within a matrix organizational structure, bridging local functions.  
  • Expertise in market segmentation, positioning, and data-driven planning.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to implement processes and enforce adherence where necessary.  
  • Expertise in gathering market intelligence and making data driven decisions.   
  • Experience in driving cross-functional alignment and enhancing operational efficiency.  
  • A master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbally as in written.
  • Experience with tools such as Dynamics 365, Hubspot, or marketing automation platforms is a plus.
