At Cegeka Business Solutions, our marketing team is looking for a Lead Development Marketer to support sales with a constant stream of well-qualified leads.   • As a Lead Development Marketer, you will be part of the marketing team and work closely with sales. You will form the bridge between both teams and ensure a continuous influx of well-qualified marketing leads (MQLs) that feed the sales pipeline. 
  • You will manage the influx of leads coming in through various channels, such as our CRM system, partner referrals or external lists. You will ensure that no lead is lost and that every contact receives the appropriate follow-up. 
  • You will then actively engage with these leads. Through personalised and targeted communication (e-mail, telephone, LinkedIn, etc.), you will strengthen their interest, discover their needs and qualify them according to criteria such as BANT or ICP, until they are ready to be transferred to sales as marketing qualified leads (MQLs). 
  • You set up structured nurture flows — for example, via email campaigns, call moments or reminders — and continuously analyse the results of your efforts to optimise conversion in the funnel. 
  • You transfer the qualified leads to sales and monitor the follow-up in the CRM system. By maintaining close contact with the sales team, you gather feedback on lead quality and translate those insights into concrete optimisations within marketing. 
  • With the CRM system as your digital backbone, you are responsible for the correct registration and maintenance of lead statuses and other data. 
  • Together with the demand generation specialist, you will contribute ideas for campaigns, content and promotions that improve the quality and inflow of leads. You will identify opportunities in the funnel and provide valuable feedback to your colleagues in the marketing team. 

What you need to succeed:

  • You have already gained initial professional experience in sales and/or marketing. You also have an affinity with the IT sector and find it exciting to immerse yourself in a broad product landscape. 
  • You have strong communication skills and a commercial mindset, and you get energy from making contact and building relationships.  
  • You are not afraid to pick up the phone. 
  • Your resilience means you don't let a “no” get you down, but immediately start thinking about the next step. 
  • You think proactively about optimising marketing campaigns, sales initiatives and the broader lead-to-order process. 
  • You work in a structured manner and are familiar with CRM systems.
  • You can communicate fluently in Dutch and are also highly proficient in English.
