Do you enjoy playing a central role in shaping and executing a marketing strategy? Do you like organizing campaigns and events? As a Go-To-Market Marketer, you play a central role in shaping and executing the local marketing strategy for our Digital Employee eXperience (DEX) solutions in Belgium, including Digital Workplace, Teams, Copilot, Meeting Rooms, eXperience Management, Service Management Solutions and Support Solutions.

  • You define and execute the marketing and go-to-market strategy for our DEX solutions in Belgium
  • You set up lead generation campaigns via LinkedIn and other channels, aimed at generating Sales Qualified Leads
  • You organize local events and webinars to increase our visibility and strengthen customer relationships
  • You identify target segments, develop value propositions, and ensure consistent messaging
  • You act as the key link between Marketing and Sales; you promote collaboration and alignment to accelerate sales pipeline and revenue growth
  • You work closely with the local sales team to define the “Where to play?” and “How to win?”: identifying priorities, translating propositions to the Belgian market and driving coordinated execution
  • You lead end-to-end Go To Market plans: from strategy and launch to performance evaluation and continuous optimization, in close collaboration with digital and creative teams
  • You provide market insights on trends, competitors and opportunities to support strategic decision-making and commercial readiness
  • You align demand and supply with buyer journeys and market segmentation
  • You manage marketing budgets and report on campaign ROI
  • You build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to improve collaboration, alignment and execution
  • You report to the Business Unit Manager of Digital Employee Experience Belgium and work closely with Global Product Marketing, Sales, and delivery teams. Your leadership is crucial in connecting teams, embedding marketing processes and activating growth potential with both existing and new customers.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have proven experience in go-to-market and marketing strategy, preferably within the IT sector
  • You possess strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • You have experience building marketing communities and working within a matrix organization. You have expertise in market segmentation, positioning, and data-driven planning
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to implement processes and ensure compliance
  • You have strong analytical skills; you make decisions based on data and market insights
  • Experience in leading cross-functional collaboration and improving operational efficiency
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • You speak and write fluent Dutch and English
  • Experience with tools such as Dynamics 365, HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms is a plus
  • You occasionally work from our office in Hasselt (Universiteitslaan) combined with remote work. You regularly attend events.
  • You are looking for a part-time position (days to be agreed upon mutually).
