Then nexuzhealth has a challenge for you!   Nexuzhealth is the Flemish market leader in the management of electronic patient records (EPD). Founded in 2016 by UZ Leuven and Cegeka, it builds on 25 years of development on the Clinical Workstation (KWS) within UZ Leuven. Nexuzhealth thus combines the years of experience of both organizations in ICT and healthcare with the passion of a startup. By offering the cooperation between different hospitals and the patient in a transparent and unambiguous way, nexuzhealth increases the quality of the care provision. Today, 37 Flemish hospitals and care institutions already work with KWS, accounting for approximately half of the Flemish hospital beds. Patients are also finding their way to, the platform where every patient from an affiliated healthcare institution can access his/her medical file. Some 1 million patients already use the file in their contacts with their care team, either via computer or smartphone. #LI-LC1

  • You are the first point of contact in case of critical incidents, you follow up closely and communicate internally and externally to the customer.
  • You work closely with the service desk team to ensure the quality of our service desk service.
  • You prioritize the incidents according to their urgency and business impact.
  • You take care of the reporting.
  • You identify bottlenecks and provide points of improvement. 
  • You ensure compliance with the processes and procedures and do this in a hands-on manner. 
  • To ensure effectiveness, you help adjust the incident management process when necessary.
  • You work closely with the various stakeholders (Customer Success Managers, Development teams, ...)
  • You listen, analyze and find an appropriate solution. 
  • Proactive follow-up and feedback.  

What you need to succeed:

  • You have experience within an IT service desk environment.
  • Knowledge of IT service management software, including ITIL is a big plus but not a requirement.
  • You are someone who is quick to take action, highly solution-oriented and acts in a customer-focused manner.
  • You have affinity/interest in our software used in healthcare and would like to learn more about it. If you already have knowledge of KWS, this would certainly be an advantage.
  • Knowledge sharing, eagerness to learn, drive and flexibility are part of your DNA.  
  • You are positively noticed and take initiatives that allow you to determine your own growth path. 
  • You remain calm and maintain an overview during stressful situations.
  • You speak fluent Dutch and English.
