As Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for service delivery for a number of customers with a focus on Service Level Agreements, Change Management and Continuous Improvement in terms of service. All this results in a tailor-made Service Delivery Plan.
This plan is dynamically updated according to the customer's emphasis. Among other things, you focus on ways of communicating, cooperating, improvements, etc.
You are responsible for the correct charging of the services offered, you keep an eye on the agreed budget and negotiate the necessary budget adjustments with the customer
You are a real motivator who is able to coach the customer teams and thereby help ensure excellent service.
You help ensure that the client can grow his business future-proof with the help of Cegeka
You maintain relations with various suppliers and possible subcontractors
What you need to succeed:
You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in application services servicing, preferably D365 FO or AX.
Knowledge of ITIL principles is a plus.
You are strong in process-based work, organisational development and setting up the necessary service reporting. You also work strongly proactively in this.
Motivating colleagues and taking on a coaching role is in your blood.
You feel at home in Cegeka's result-oriented, no-nonsense approach.
With your professional knowledge, social skills, flexibility and commitment, you succeed in winning and keeping the trust of our clients.
You have a bachelor or master degree.
