Looking for an internship where you can apply your networking and security knowledge in practice? Excited to strengthen the network team and help integrate Fortinet’s FortiADC and FortiWeb as alternatives to F5?

  • You will compare FortiADC and FortiWeb with F5 and pfSense in terms of performance, security features, and cost-effectiveness.
  • You will create and manage a virtual setup in Cisco ACI and VMware to demonstrate FortiADC and FortiWeb.
  • You will work closely with our network & security team to evaluate, implement, and optimize Fortinet’s Application Delivery Controller (ADC) and Web Application Firewall
  • (WAF) solutions within the existing infrastructure.
  • You will document and present your findings, considering the pros and cons, and provide recommendations for potential large-scale implementations.
  • You will also assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the implementation of FortiADC and FortiWeb.
  • You will collaborate with our senior engineers and stakeholders to understand business needs and technical specifications.
  • You will participate in team meetings and regularly provide updates on your project.

What you need to succeed:

  • Are you studying a Bachelor's in Applied Computer Science or a Master's in Computer Science? Check!
  • You have a basic understanding of networking concepts and web security.
  • Do you already have experience or knowledge of technologies and tools like Fortinet products, F5, pfSense, VMware, and Cisco ACI? That would be great — but if not, no worries! You’ll have the opportunity to learn and grow with us.
  • You’re excited to take on this challenging internship!
  • Are you known for being independent, communicative, proactive, and analytical? Perfect!
