  • You lead a cross-functional team of frontend, backend, and full stack developers, alongside business analysts and product owners.
  • You create an environment where collaboration thrives and high performance is the norm.
  • You coach and mentor both technical and non-technical team members, supporting their growth and development. 
  • You conduct performance reviews, facilitate talent conversations, and set clear yearly objectives that drive progress.
  • You manage team availability, approve holiday requests, and oversee planning to ensure smooth operations. 
  • You foster a positive, inclusive, and safe team culture where everyone feels valued and empowered.
  • You work closely with project managers, senior technical leads, and stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence and continuous improvement. 
  • You support agile process enhancements and ITIL-based governance, and you assist in resolving critical operational issues when needed.
  • You proactively report to management on team progress and challenges.

What you need to succeed:

  • You are passionate about people leadership and team development. 
  • You communicate clearly, build bridges across teams, and are empathetic and approachable, yet assertive when needed.
  • You are comfortable with making difficult decisions under pressure.
  • You are familiar with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle. 
  • You’re fluent in English and always ready to go the extra mile.
  • Having worked with Jira, Scrum, or project management tools is a plus as well as having experience as Scrum Master or technical lead.
