As Campus Talent Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to help build the future generation within Cegeka. Do you want to attract young talent, organise projects and have an impact on how we profile ourselves as an employer among students and young professionals? Then this role could be for you!

  • You will develop and coordinate our campus plan: from internship recruitment to young graduate intake.
  • You will take ownership of the entire approach: you will devise the strategy together with your recruitment manager and ensure that it is put into practice.
  • You will organise and optimise job fairs, campus events and internal initiatives for young talents in the Hasselt, Leuven, Ghent and Brussels regions.
  • You will be a visible point of contact for students and schools and build lasting relationships with colleges and universities.
  • You will conduct job interviews with students and starters and guide them in their first steps towards Cegeka.
  • You will contribute to employer branding for young talent and create digital visibility via Instagram, LinkedIn and tools such as Canva or Figma.
  • Your year will have a natural dynamic: peak periods in recruitment and selection, interspersed with periods in which you will work on optimisation and preparation on a project basis.
  • You will report to the recruitment manager and be part of the HR team.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Marketing, Commercial Sciences or a related field. You also already have some initial work experience.
  • You are able to maintain an overview, plan ahead effectively and switch easily between different projects. In short, you are flexible in terms of travelling to other locations, but also in terms of changing your responsibilities and tasks.  
  • Experience with organisation (e.g. student engagement, events, student associations) is an asset.
  • You are comfortable with social media and creative tools, or you want to grow in this area.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy taking responsibility.
  • You enjoy talking to students and feel comfortable standing in front of a group.
  • You get energy from connecting young talent with opportunities.
