  • You build and maintain relationships with (large) financial institutions
  • You have a deep understanding of your clients’ needs (Digital/IT strategy) and work closely with them to create (tailor-made) solutions that deliver real value
  • You translate your objectives into a concrete Account Development Plan and execute it with expertise and enthusiasm
  • You manage existing business within your client portfolio while identifying opportunities for up- and cross-selling, helping your clients while contributing to Cegeka’s growth
  • You are capable of managing multiple sales cycles simultaneously (short- and long-term), working with complex DMUs (decision-making units) at your clients
  • You ensure the quality of proposals (differentiation, pricing)
  • Customer satisfaction is your top priority — to you, every client is a Cegeka ambassador
  • You collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders, from clients to partners, architects, project managers and more
  • You stay continuously up to date on the latest IT developments and trends, enabling you to anticipate and respond to the evolving needs of your clients.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have at least 4 years of experience as an Account Manager
  • You are driven and passionate about selling IT solutions in areas such as Cloud, Security, Digital Workplaces, Application Services, Data & AI and more
  • Experience and a strong network in the Finance sector are a must
  • You contribute to building a long-term strategy for the sector, while also being able to act pragmatically in the short and medium term
  • As a strong networker, you build sustainable client relationships and know how to successfully expand them
  • You are result-oriented, flexible and can work both independently and as part of a team
  • You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, you can express yourself well in French
  • Ideally, you work one day per week from our office in Hasselt, at client sites in Belgium (primarily Flanders) and from home.
