Are you an Adoption & Digital Wellbeing Consultant looking for a new challenge? Then read on! You will join a team of highly passionate and motivated consultants working for clients with an M365 Platform. You will join the Digital Workplace unit which consists of more than 200 consultants from different areas of expertise.  As an adoption & digital wellbeing consultant you fulfill a bridging function between business and IT. You will be assigned a versatile package of tasks in which, in addition to the role of "trusted partner" to our customers, you can also shape the vision of the team internally and you will be involved in pre-sales projects in order to design the appropriate solution for our customers from start to finish. For the less complex projects you will eventually also be in the lead to bring these to a successful conclusion and advise the customer appropriately.

  • As an Adoption & Digital Wellbeing Consultant Microsoft M365:
  • You have a broad functional knowledge of Microsoft VIVA and the M365 productivity apps. Continuing education is obviously a must!
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive adoption of our digital solutions.
  • Provide the communication plan, training plan, coaching plan as well as the strategy to engage and activate key stakeholders within the business.
  • Provide training and workshops to help employees use our digital solutions.
  • Monitor the digital well-being of client employees and develop initiatives to improve it.
  • Work with other teams to ensure our digital solutions meet the needs of our clients' employees.
  • Collect feedback from users and use it to improve our digital solutions.
  • Organize events and initiatives to raise awareness of digital wellness and encourage employees to develop healthy digital habits.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in digital wellbeing and share this knowledge with the team.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees who have questions or concerns about their digital wellbeing and provide support and guidance as needed.

What you need to succeed:

  • You hold a master's degree.
  • You have experience in change management and guiding organizations through digital transformations.
  • You have knowledge of digital wellness and the impact of technology on employee health and well-being.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • You have a proactive and solution-oriented attitude. 
  • You have knowledge of the latest technologies and trends in digital workplaces and wellness.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • You have proven experience developing and implementing training programs and other initiatives to support employees in using digital solutions.
  • You have a passion for promoting employee well-being and creating a positive work environment.
  • You have knowledge of Microsoft Viva and MS M365 or are willing to delve into these areas.
  • You work self-managing, which means that you can foresee your own planning within a certain horizon and plan things proactively based on this (e.g. schedule consultations with end users in time so that the project does not come to a standstill)
  • You feedback proactively to the project manager, service manager, team lead, ... about (deviations from) planning & budget.
  • You have a very strong hands-on mentality and analytical thinking skills.
  • You are result-driven with an eye for risk and quality.
  • You are proactive, customer oriented, flexible and stress resistant.
  • You are fluent in Dutch & English, a good knowledge of French is a plus.
  • You have strong ambitions to help build a success story.
  • The location for this vacancy is Cegeka Ghent, Leuven, Antwerp or Hasselt and you are willing to travel regularly to our customers.
