We are seeking a seasoned AI Solution Architect with over 10 years of experience to design and implement scalable AI architectures tailored to client needs. The role involves leveraging in-house data centers and collaborating with global teams to deliver robust AI solutions across private, hybrid, and public infrastructures. Proficiency in open-source AI frameworks, MLOps, and a strategic approach to technology selection are essential.

  • You play a key role in proposal processes, respond to tenders and develop comprehensive AI business cases.  
  • Based on a thorough analysis of the customer's requirements, you collaborate with your colleagues to create proposals covering technological, commercial and financial aspects. You ensure a clear and attractive presentation for customers. 
  • You engage in discussions with both technical experts and business stakeholders.  
  • You present architectural roadmaps and assist customers in shaping their AI vision.
  • You strategically utilize the in-house data center as a platform for customer AI workloads.  
  • You collaborate closely with international teams of data scientists, data engineers, and infrastructure specialists.  
  • You align AI solutions with compute, storage, and network capacities across private, hybrid, and public infrastructures.  
  • You make strategic choices in AI tools and technologies with a focus on open source and scalability.
  • You support MLOps implementations, CI/CD, data pipelines, and lifecycle management.  
  • You contribute to AI governance, reliability, and solution scalability.  
  • You keep up with the latest developments in AI, hardware acceleration, and infrastructure.  
  • You assist clients in leveraging AI at an enterprise level.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have at least 10 years of experience as an AI Architect or in a comparable technical AI role.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of open-source AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.
  • You bring proven experience with developing AI solutions for clients in an enterprise environment.  
  • You have experience working in an international context with cross-functional teams.
  • You are a strong communicator, you have no trouble delivering compelling presentations to customers and prospects.   
  • Thanks to your background in AI, your empathy and your persuasive skills, you can develop and propose future-proof solutions.
  • You are capable of capturing, analysing and translating the business needs of customers (both at C-level and among technical teams) into concrete solutions.
  • You present these solutions in a clear commercial text, grasping complexities, simplifying them, and ensuring an attractive visualization of the proposal.
  • You strive to provide real added value to your customers, working result-oriented with a continuous focus on quality.
  • You are familiar with containers and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.  
  • Experience with AI hardware and solutions from NVIDIA, IBM, and HPE is a plus.
  • You have a solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in AI projects.
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
