As a Business Analyst at Digital Business, you are the connecting force who not only clearly defines needs and goals, but also ensures plans are implemented effectively and gains support from both clients and the team. You work shoulder to shoulder with the business, analysts and architects to drive digital transformation and application modernization. You take initiative, follow up proactively and present your analyses and recommendations convincingly to stakeholders at various levels.

  • Landing Plans: You translate business requirements into well-supported epics and functional specifications, enabling effective decision-making
  • Proactive Follow-up: You monitor progress, identify risks and take initiative to remove obstacles - always with a focus on added value and the bigger picture
  • Influence & Storytelling: You communicate clearly and convincingly about analyses, alternatives and impact, tailored to both business and IT audiences
  • Workshops & Reviews: You organize and lead workshops, brainstorming sessions, presentations and advise stakeholders on choices and priorities
  • Collaboration: You work closely with the project manager, architect and other stakeholders. You contribute to an open culture of knowledge sharing and personal growth.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have at least 7 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in digital transformation or application modernization
  • You have in-depth knowledge of Agile processes and the software development lifecycle
  • You excel in stakeholder management, facilitating teams, structuring complex challenges and driving plans to completion
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset
  • Experience with business architecture, impact analysis, KPIs, working in hybrid environments and knowledge of the automotive sector are considered a plus
  • You work 2 days per week onsite at the client’s location in Brussels, combined with remote work. Occasionally, you work from our offices in Hasselt or Ghent.
