As an L&D intern, you’ll become a valued member of Cegeka’s international Learning & Development team. Together with colleagues from the Netherlands and Romania, you’ll contribute to the development of over 9,000 Cegeka employees. Sounds like a challenge? Absolutely!

  • Help manage Cegeka’s Learning Management System (LMS) ‘Campus’ and contribute to building an attractive training catalog aligned with employee development needs.
  • Assist in organizing the monthly onboarding sessions for new employees.
  • Provide administrative support for large-scale programs such as the Global Catalogue and various academies.
  • Take ownership of operational tasks like scheduling internal trainings, analyzing evaluations, and maintaining second-line contact with suppliers for logistical coordination.
  • Support internal communication by preparing newsletters, launching training calls, scheduling internal classes, and creating or updating presentations.
  • Contribute to process development for Global Vendor Management, including selection procedures and intake coordination.
  • Manage and apply for Cevora subsidies and analyze User Adoption Academies.
  • Participate in a project within a current and relevant L&D theme. 
  • Map out all L&D-related channels and pages, ensuring clear structure and interconnection.

What you need to succeed:

  • You’re currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Office Management or Communication.
  • You have a solid command of English, both spoken and written, as you’ll be working in an international team.
  • People describe you as structured, communicative, and independent.
  • You’re confident using Microsoft Office tools.
  • You’re an administrative multitasker with strong organizational skills.
