Internship

As an L&D intern, you’ll become a valued member of Cegeka’s international Learning & Development team. Together with colleagues from the Netherlands and Romania, you’ll contribute to the development of over 9,000 Cegeka employees. Sounds like a challenge? Absolutely!

  • You organize the monthly onboarding sessions for new employees and take the lead during these events.
  • You provide administrative support for major programs such as the Global Catalogue and the Academies.
  • In addition to your daily tasks, you’ll be the project owner of your own initiative within a current L&D theme. You’ll manage it from A to Z and communicate proactively about its status.
  • You take ownership of operational tasks such as organizing internal trainings, analyzing evaluations, and maintaining second-line contact with suppliers regarding logistical arrangements.
  • You support communication efforts by preparing newsletters, launching calls to action, posting internal classes, and creating or updating presentations.
  • You assist in developing processes for Global Vendor Management, including selection procedures and intake processes.
  • You manage and apply for Cevora subsidies and analyze User Adoption Academies.
  • You map out all channels and pages and ensure they are well interconnected.
  • You help manage Cegeka’s Learning Management System (LMS) ‘Campus’ and contribute to an appealing training catalogue tailored to employees’ development needs.

What you need to succeed:

  • You’re currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Organization & Management, and have a strong interest in HR.
  • You have a good command of English, as you’ll be working in an international team.
  • Are you described as structured, communicative, autonomous, and proactive? Perfect!
  • Microsoft Office holds no secrets for you.
  • Are you an administrative multitasker with a talent for organization? Check!
