  • As Project Manager, you will be responsible for internal projects within the areas of Cegeka Cloud Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Continuous Improvement, Internal Processes and many more.
  • Together with the stakeholders you define the scope and impact of projects, giving you a clear picture of the needs and objectives. You then translate these into a project plan with value-based deliverables.
  • Obviously, you are responsible for the delivery of the entire project within the agreed scope, budget and time, meeting organizational requirements, methodology and quality standards.
  • You communicate proactively with stakeholders on all relevant aspects of your assigned projects. You know how to find the right balance between formal reporting (steering groups, team meetings...) and informal coordination moments.
  • The motivation and development of your project staff is close to your heart. You therefore play an active role in feedback and adjustment.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have a higher degree (Bachelor or Master).
  • You have a minimum of 5 to 10 years' experience as a Project Manager.
  • Your experience in making business analyses is a plus. You are able to translate business needs into portfolios, programs and projects.
  • You have a good general view on (infrastructure) projects and implementation methods.
  • You have expertise in stakeholder management and have the ability to guide and navigate the organization through change.
  • You apply a pragmatic project approach based on a proven project methodology such as Prince2, Agile.
  • You combine a helicopter view with an eye for detail. You have strong leadership skills. Combined with excellent people management skills, you know how to effectively lead, direct and coordinate a team to achieve goals.
  • You are experienced in administrative work, fluent in English (orally and in writing).
