Are you a Senior .NET Developer with strong knowledge of Azure? Do you also have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping junior and medior developers grow to the next level? Then we are looking for you!  For one of our clients active in social security and healthcare, we are starting the migration of two legacy applications to the Microsoft tech stack. To ensure this project runs smoothly, we are looking for a Lead .NET Developer. Will you strengthen our team and contribute to a project with real social value?

  • Together with the other developers, you are responsible for developing solutions in .NET and Blazor.
  • You translate business requirements and user stories into high-performing and scalable solutions.
  • You guide and coach developers and act as the technical point of contact within the team.
  • You safeguard code quality through code reviews and by applying best practices.
  • You contribute to architectural decisions, design patterns, and cloud solutions (Azure) together with the architect on the client side.
  • You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and ways of working, while closely following the latest developments in AI.
  • Shaping Digital Together: you collaborate closely with various stakeholders, working in Scrum with two-week sprints. You actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and more.
  • Together with the project team, we work two days a week on-site at the client’s location in Brussels, within walking distance of Brussel-Noord station.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in .NET development and Blazor or similar front-end technologies, enabling you to contribute end-to-end to modern applications.
  • You are familiar with Azure (e.g., Functions) and understand how to design high-performing and scalable cloud solutions.
  • You are a true team player who is always ready to support others and enjoys coaching colleagues. Together, we are stronger!
  • With your knowledge of architecture, design patterns, and best practices, you deliver high-quality and maintainable software.
  • You are eager to learn and closely follow the latest developments, such as the use of AI in software development.
  • You speak Dutch and English fluently. Being able to communicate in French is a plus.
