Do you enjoy working with Linux/Unix? Would you like to work in a motivated Linux/DevOps team?

  • You carry out Linux/Unix and DevOps projects
  • You enjoy interacting with the customer and visit the client in Brussels (once a week) to collaborate on your project assignments
  • You are fascinated by the world of Open Systems and are determined to continuously update your professional knowledge and technical skills
  • You find satisfaction in sharing your expertise by providing the necessary documentation and presenting your achievements.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a System Engineer
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of operating systems (Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Ubuntu Linux and/or SUSE Enterprise Linux) and DevSecOps CNCF tools/concepts (Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform, HashiCorp Vault and/or Prometheus)
  • You know how to install/configure/update CNCF DevSecOps tools
  • You have experience with IaC
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure are also a major plus
  • You can work independently, but also enjoy working in a team
  • You are a strong communicator with solid analytical skills
  • You tackle problems with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Above all, you are highly curious, driven and enthusiastic, with a passion for both IT technology and the customer
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English
  • You visit the client in Brussels once a week (easily accessible by public transport), combined with working from home.
