  • You will work on one or more projects for clients
  • You will collaborate with presales and sales teams to translate the client’s needs into a project plan and clearly defined scope, taking into account the timeline, resource allocation of all activities, the client's requirements, the available budget and the objectives to be achieved
  • You will monitor all aspects of the project to ensure it meets organizational requirements, methodology, and quality standards. As a project coordinator/leader, you are responsible for achieving the project goals (in terms of quality, budget, and lead time) and regularly reporting on them, both internally and to the client
  • You will directly manage members of the project team (engineers) from Cegeka and oversee all project deliverables
  • You will ensure the motivation and development of the employees involved in the project, aiming to meet the client's criteria for service, quality, and expected delivery timelines.

What you need to succeed:

  • A first demonstrable experience with project methodologies such as PRINCE2 and ITIL is a plus. However, more important is your methodological approach, preferably demonstrable based on your experience
  • If you already have experience within one of our domains (Hybrid Cloud – Security – Digital Workplaces) you certainly have an advantage
  • You communicate with our clients in both Dutch and English; French is an asset
  • We expect you to be communicatively strong and capable of interacting with various types of organizations and people
  • You can work independently, direct and motivate the project team. You possess pronounced leadership qualities for this
  • You are familiar with scheduling and optimally utilizing available resources
  • Through your expertise, social skills and flexibility, you succeed in gaining the trust of our clients.
