Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Within Cegeka's pre-sales team, you determine the scope and impact of projects together with the client with the aim of getting a clear picture of the requirements and the objectives to be achieved.
Planning the initial project set-up and drawing up a project plan (scope) and project planning (timing, allocation of resources) with the aim of realising the desired project within the predetermined timing, budget and objectives.
Monitor and report on all aspects of the project to ensure that the project meets organisational requirements, methodology and quality standards. The Project Manager is responsible for achieving the project objectives (in terms of quality, budget and lead time).
Directly managing Cegeka's project team (engineers) and monitoring and following up the project deliverables.
Supervising the motivation and development of the employees deployed on the project with the aim of meeting the service, quality and expected delivery time criteria by the client.
What you need to succeed:
You can present demonstrable experience in terms of projects within one of our 3 practices: Hybrid Cloud - Security - Digital Workplaces
You speak to our customers in Dutch/English, but occasionally also in French.
Communication strong and able to interact with different types of organisations and people.
Extensive knowledge and experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
You adopt a pragmatic project approach based on a proven project methodology such as Prince2, ITIL.
You have a good overall vision of infrastructure projects and adequate implementation methods.
You have a helicopter view and an eye for detail.
You can work independently and manage and motivate the project team. You have strong leadership skills.
You are familiar with planning and making optimal use of the available resources.
Through your professional knowledge, social skills and flexibility, you succeed in gaining our customers' trust.
