As a Service Delivery Manager within our Data & AI team at Cegeka, you are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of data, analytics, and AI services to our clients. You lead multidisciplinary delivery teams and ensure a scalable and high-performance right-shoring model (onshore, nearshore, and offshore). You operate in data and AI contexts and act as the central link between clients, internal stakeholders, and international delivery teams. Quality, continuity, and customer satisfaction are key priorities.

  • End-to-end responsibility for Data & AI service delivery (both external and internal services).
  • Setting up, scaling, and optimizing Data & AI delivery teams.
  • Implementing and managing a right-shoring strategy (onshore, nearshore, offshore).
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with SLA’s, KPI’s, quality standards, security and compliance requirements within Data & AI services.
  • Aligning the delivery roadmap, capacity, and skill sets with business and customer expectations.
  • Managing escalations and risks within Data & AI initiatives.
  • Driving continuous improvement, automation, and increasing maturity of delivery processes.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have proven experience in Service Delivery Management within data, analytics, or AI environments.
  • You have experience leading international delivery teams.
  • You have strong knowledge of right-shoring models.
  • Preferably, you have experience within a Data & AI (consulting) context.
  • You have strong communication skills and you are highly customer focused.
  • You are structured in your approach, resilient under pressure, and solution-oriented.
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English.  
  • You are willing and motivated to work on-site at customers' offices on a regular basis. Our hybrid working policy also offers the possibility to work from home, combined with working from our offices (Hasselt, Ghent, Antwerp, Leuven).
