Are you a Project Manager with a proven track record in successfully delivering application development projects? And do you also have strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English? Then we are looking for you! For one of our clients active in the social security and healthcare sector, we are starting the migration of two legacy applications to the Microsoft tech stack. To ensure this project runs smoothly, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager. Will you strengthen our team and contribute to a project with real social value?

  • As a Project Manager, you are ultimately responsible for the project: from scope, budget, and planning to final delivery.
  • You are the direct point of contact for the client and build a strong partnership where transparent communication is key.
  • You proactively identify risks and issues and are able to address difficult topics openly.
  • You report clearly on the status, dependencies, risks, and progress of your projects at management and steerco level.
  • Shaping Digital Together: you work closely with the project team and the client, using a Scrum approach with two-week sprints. You will also take on some Scrum Master responsibilities.
  • Together with the project team, we work two days per week on-site with the client in Brussels, within walking distance of Brussel-Noord station.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have several years of experience as a Project Manager in a software development environment, with a strong track record of successful projects. You also have a good understanding of Agile and Scrum.
  • As a PM, you take ownership: you bring together different stakeholders, are not afraid to have challenging discussions with the client, and think in terms of solutions.
  • In addition to excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, you also have a good command of French.
  • With your strong organizational skills, you ensure that the project is delivered successfully within the agreed timeline and budget.
  • As a People Manager, you listen to your project team and help them grow to the next level.
