  • You are able to translate strategic policies into concrete and achievable objectives for your customers and you motivate stakeholders to realize these with conviction and craftsmanship
  • You foster a culture of continuous growth, innovation, collaboration and ownership, encouraging everyone to excel
  • You perform security assessments for customers using the Cegeka Continuous Security Advisory Framework (CSAF) and the CISO Office as a Service model, based on standards such as NIS2, DORA and CIS Controls
  • You prepare reports and present the findings to customers
  • You guide customers on Security related matters and relevant laws and regulations. In doing so, you support them in continuously improving their resilience against cyber threats and act as the driving force behind strengthening their security posture
  • You analyze information from various platforms such as Tenable, CrowdStrike, Microsoft, Vectra AI and RiskRecon and you advise customers on appropriate mitigating and/or compensating measures
  • You understand customer risks and translate security requirements into concrete action plans. You advise both customers and internal Cegeka teams on the application of these requirements
  • You act as a sounding board within the organization and actively contribute to increasing Security awareness.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have at least 4 years of experience in the Security domain, including SOC/SIEM environments, Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Vulnerability Management
  • You hold a bachelor or master degree
  • You possess a CISSP and/or CISM certification or you are willing to obtain one within 1 year
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies is an asset
  • You have strong communication skills and persuasive abilities
  • You are able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders within an organization (for example the CISO, IT Manager, engineering teams, …)
  • You speak and write fluent Dutch and English
  • Depending on your place of residence, you can work from our offices in Hasselt, Leuven, Ghent or Antwerp, combined with remote work. In addition, you will occasionally work on-site at customer locations.
