Are you an expert in React Native development and would you like to contribute to an innovative greenfield project with significant social added value? Do you have strong communication skills that enable you to coach your colleagues and help each other reach new heights? For our client Argenta, we are working with a multidisciplinary, high-performing product team on software that hundreds of thousands of customers rely on every day. Reliability, security and user-friendliness are key here. To strengthen the team, we are looking for an expert in React Native development.

You will develop a new application in React Native to replace an existing React web application.
You will work closely with various stakeholders, such as the product owner, front-end tech leads, designers, etc.
You will coach the React teams in React Native and share best practices with them.
You will actively contribute to technical decisions (architecture, design, etc.) and share best practices within the team.
You will ensure good documentation and high-quality delivery.
You will work within a SAFe organisation with a focus on refinement, PI planning and alignment between teams.
Regarding the location, you will work 1 or 2 days a week at the client’s office in Antwerp combined with home office or working at a Cegeka office of choice.

What you need to succeed:

You are an expert in React Native development with experience in building enterprise-level applications.
You also have a good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
In addition to your technical expertise, you are also a strong communicator and coach to your colleagues.
You have a quality over quantity mindset and can also advise the teams on building and maintaining clean code.
You have a proactive attitude and can work independently.
You think conceptually and architecturally, not just executively.
You are fluent in Dutch and English.
