Are you a Finance expert with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft D365 F&O? Do you want to use that knowledge to ensure Continuous Improvement in ERP projects? Then read on quickly! You will join a team of highly passionate and motivated consultants and collaborate on innovative digital Microsoft D365 projects. You will join the business solutions unit consisting of more than 280 consultants from different areas of expertise.   • You play a crucial and guiding role during and after the Go Lives of D365 F&O solutions at our customers.
  • You support our customers in resolving issues and requests in D365 F&O, but also in older versions such as AX2012 and AX2009.
  • You communicate frequently with the customer to investigate, reproduce and resolve issues.
  • You work closely with other teams, service delivery managers and developers to identify issues and deliver changes.
  • You will have the opportunity to contribute to the optimization of our AMS services.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have built a thorough knowledge in Microsoft D365 F&O specifically within the Finance domain.  Experience with ISVs (such as SKGlobal and Axtension) but also with country-specific functionalities (such as MTD, SII, FEC) is included. Setup of fixed assets, CODA, budgets, costing, but also reconciliation between inventory and general ledger is no stranger to you.   Knowledge of the "Project Module" is a plus.  Knowledge of AX2012 and AX2009 is an asset. You are not afraid of on-site support. You are a real team player. You are proactive, flexible and stress resistant. You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and English, French is a plus. Customer contact gives you a real boost.
