  • You support users who experience software and hardware problems. This can be done via many different channels (telephone, remote, e-mail,…)
  • Based on the Service Level Agreements (SLAs), you solve problems and answer questions.
  • You perform installations, configurations and support for all mobile devices within the company through various tools.
  • You temporarily identify technical problems and threats.
  • You perform performance and security checks on a regular basis.
  • You think about how customer support and system management can improve and what changes you can implement.
  • You are responsible for accepting, registering, logging, following up and closing notifications.
  • You’ll do so much more!

What you need to succeed:

  • A bachelor's degree in IT, or you have been active in the IT sector for a number of years.
  • Experience in a Service Desk environment
  • During your career you have built up a thorough knowledge of Windows 7 & 10, Office 365 and you have knowledge of Database.
  • Business-specific applications give you energy and you know how to perform standard PC installations.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
  • You are an expert in analytical thinking, and you often think in a solution-oriented way. You are not afraid to come up with ideas or interventions yourself.
  • In stressful situations you manage to remain calm and alert.
  • Others describe you as a people-oriented, positive and friendly person. You are a good talker and can communicate clearly with colleagues.
