We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Change Manager to lead people-centric and process-driven transformation initiatives across our organization. This role focuses on the human and procedural elements of change, ensuring that new ways of working are effectively adopted and embedded. As a Change Manager, you will partner with business leaders, project teams, and frontline employees to assess impact, design engagement strategies, and guide the organization through change with empathy and clarity.

  • Change Planning & Strategy: You develop and execute change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.  You collaborate with project managers and functional leaders to align change efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: You identify key stakeholders and create tailored engagement plans.  You serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring transparent communication and building trust across departments.
  • Process Optimization: You analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement and simplification.  You facilitate workshops to redesign workflows with cross-functional teams, focusing on efficiency and user experience.
  • Training & Communication: You design and deliver clear, audience-specific communication materials and training programs.  You work with internal comms and L&D teams to ensure consistent and timely delivery of change initiatives.
  • Readiness & Adoption: You conduct impact assessments, readiness surveys, and post-implementation reviews to gauge adoption and effectiveness.  You provide coaching to leaders and managers to act as effective change champions.
  • Measurement & Continuous Improvement:  You define and track KPIs related to change adoption, engagement, and business impact.  You continuously improve change practices based on feedback and outcomes.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have a proven track record of 5+ years experience in change management roles with a strong focus on organizational behavior, communication, and process redesign.
  • You have exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, and influencing skills.
  • You have a strong understanding of organizational psychology, behavior change models (e.g., ADKAR, Lewin's Change Theory), and process improvement.
  • You have demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and lead change initiatives without reliance on ITIL or technical frameworks.
