As a Business Analyst, you take the lead to discover and define the needs of the business. You advise which improvements will create the most value through analysis of the business context, high level requirements and ROI. Together with the Application Architect, you determine at high level which solutions will offer the most added value.
You work closely with the business stakeholders and partners, solution architects and functional analysts to create maximum added value for Cegeka by delivering a high-performance and high-quality service as one team.
You support business stakeholders in making decisions. You understand the business requirements and bring insights to maximum ROI.
You make needs and requirements transparent by using business analysis techniques, adapted to the business context. You document your analysis in a clear and accurate document.
You can prioritise needs across stakeholders and domains.
You work closely with business and technical colleagues to identify opportunities and improvements.
You provide business cases to support Business Partners and Project Managers in drawing up roadmaps and initiating projects.
During project delivery, you monitor the effective achievement of initial goals.
What you need to succeed:
You have at least 3 years' experience in business analysis.
You are strongly analytical, able to understand/understand the business and form implementable profitable advice.
You can work independently and take ownership,
You are structured and able to set priorities.
You communicate fluently in English and Dutch.
You have a Master's degree (computer science, economics, commercial engineer, policy IT, etc.) or Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar through experience.
You are result-oriented, accurate and with an eye for quality.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is an asset.
You are willing to travel to Hasselt on a regular basis (2-3 times a week).
