Do you enjoy bridging the gap between business and IT? Are you excited to help build the internal applications of Cegeka?

  • You take the lead in discovering and defining the needs of the internal business
  • You advise on which improvements will create the most value by analyzing business context, high-level requirements and ROI
  • You provide business cases to support Business Partners and Project Managers in developing roadmaps and initiating projects
  • Together with the Application Architect, you define high-level solutions that contribute maximally to business objectives
  • You document your analyses clearly and accurately, using appropriate business analysis techniques
  • You work closely together with business stakeholders, solution architects and partners
  • You support business stakeholders in decision-making and provide insights for maximum ROI
  • You are responsible for tracking and monitoring initial objectives during project deliveries
  • You can prioritize needs across different stakeholders and domains.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have a higher education degree and at least 5 years of experience as a business analyst
  • With strong analytical skills, you work in a structured and results-oriented manner
  • You have a positive mindset
  • You can work independently, but also enjoy teamwork
  • You have a hands-on mentality that allows you to tackle complex issues
  • You have comprehensive knowledge of business platforms such as ERP and CRM
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and data analysis is a plus
  • You are familiar with Agile methodologies, ITIL processes and BPMN diagrams
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch and English
  • You work at least once a week from our office in Hasselt (Corda), combined with remote work.
